Terms and Conditions

Welcome to North Texas Balloons. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By hiring our services or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
North Texas Balloons provides balloon decor, event backdrops, and related rental and delivery services. Availability is subject to scheduling and order minimums. We reserve the right to decline bookings that cannot be accommodated.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

A non-refundable retainer (typically 50% of the total) is required to secure your date. Remaining balances are due before or on the event date.

Payments may be made through Dubsado, Stripe, Square, PayPal, or other approved methods.

Sales tax applies based on Texas state and local regulations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Retainers are non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of all payments.

Rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability) and payments may be applied toward a future event within 6 months.

4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Delivery and installation fees apply based on location, order size, and setup requirements.

Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions. We are not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, heat, or other environmental factors after setup is completed.

Pickup of rental items must be scheduled in advance. Replacement fees may apply for missing or damaged items.

5. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate event details including date, time, location, and access instructions.

Adequate setup time and safe working conditions must be provided.

The client is responsible for supervision of children and guests around balloon decor and rental items.

6. Liability
Balloons and decor are for decorative purposes only and should not be consumed or misused.

North Texas Balloons is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage related to decor once setup is completed.

In the unlikely event of our failure to deliver services (e.g., due to illness or emergency), liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid.

7. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on our website or social media remain the property of North Texas Balloons and may not be used without permission. We reserve the right to use event photos of our work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
